Lessons are specifically designed for each athlete’s unique ability & skill level.

In private lessons, we make sure each athlete’s fundamental game is STRONG. From there, we run drills specific to each athlete’s needs on the field that will translate directly to game play. We focus on loads of repetition in a variable practice style (adding variation to drills to help retain skills for effective transfer to game play).

Private lessons are all about YOU. Whether you’re brand new to the game or playing high level lacrosse, private lessons are an effective way to improve specific aspects of your person game.

To the athletes: Just remember that the skills you learn in a lesson will only bring you success on the field if you continue to practice on your own or while on your team! The only person who can make you a stronger lacrosse player is YOU.

Lessons are available for 2nd-12th grade athletes, from beginner to advanced. Please see below for exceptions.

2nd - 8th Grade Private Lessons ONLY for :
-athletes who are brand new to lacrosse
-athletes who are struggling with basic fundamentals or game concepts
-athletes who are struggling with confidence issues and/or fear of joining a team

High School Private Lessons for :
-9th-12th grade
-all levels from beginner to advanced

Pricing is based on a one hour lesson. You may also book a 1.5 or 2 hour lesson. A private lesson with one or two athletes is the best way to accelerate improvement.

A $15 travel fee may be applied.

Private Lesson @ 1 hour:

— (1 athlete): $70

Group Lessons @ 1 hour:

**Athletes MUST be at the same skill level for groups**

— Partner Group (2 athletes): $50 per person
— Small Group (3 athletes): $40 per person

— Location in Ocean Beach area

— Location in Rancho Peñasquitos / North County areas (additional $15 travel fee is applied to cost)
