Fundamentals for Beginners CLINIC

It’s all about those fundamentals!! In this 2-hour, small financial investment crash course, we’ll cover ground balls, passing, catching, cradling & shooting. Learn the basics so you can start to practice on your own. If you’re considering trying out for lacrosse at school, don’t wait until next winter to learn! Free loaner equipment available.

Age: 2nd-6th grade for the 25/26 school year

Robb Field in Ocean Beach @ 2525 Bacon Street / San Diego, CA 92107 / Go HERE for directions.

Required Equipment

• Lacrosse stick, goggles, & MOUTHGUARD. Get an inexpensive moldable mouthguard HERE.

• Cleats are strongly recommended but not necessary. We are on a GRASS field.

Coaches

• 12-1 player to coach ratio & athletes grouped by skill level

• Coaches are all post-collegiate experienced, passionate, & compassionate (we think that’s really important) lacrosse players & local high school coaches
