Fall Training Program

Ditch your comfort zone & prepare yourself for your high school teams! We know that the best part of lacrosse is getting out there against the competition, but it’s the off-season individual training that can take an athlete to next-level confidence. We take great pride in creating deliberate, creative training plans to best serve the needs of our athletes. We can’t wait to see you this on the field!

Our biggest focus this fall: handling pressure. We’ll move through various & random game-like situations to better prepare you for whatever comes your way in game play.
